  • Belgian Pale ale, pitched with Gigayeast Lactobacillus and Yeast Bay Brussels Brettanomyces Blend - July 2018
  • Aging for 12 months or so

Bob

  • Bordeaux Red Wine, Chateau Teyssier
  • Earthy Saison, pitched with Wyeast Roselare Blend - January 2018
  • Aging for 6 months or so, then will be blended back with some fresh Saison, and perhaps dry hopped before bottling

Carol

  • Bordeaux Red Wine, Chateau Teyssier
  • Earthy Saison, pitched with Brettanomyces bruxellensis - January 2018
  • Aging for 6 months or so, then will be blended back with some fresh Saison, and perhaps dry hopped before bottling

Daniel

  • Scottish Whisky, Sanderson
  • Light Belgian pale, pitched with Brettanomyces bruxellensis - February 2018
  • Aging for 6 months or so, then will be blended back with some fresh Saison

Eve

  • Scottish Whisky, Sanderson
  • Earthy Saison, pitched with White Labs American Farmhouse Blend - January 2018
  • Aging for a year or so, then we'll see

Faith

  • Sherry, via Penderyn Whisky
  • Belgian farmhouse ale, pitched with Sherry Flor - January 2018
  • Aging for a year or so, then we'll see

Grace

  • Bourbon, Wild Turkey
  • Rye heavy Saison, pitched with with Gigayeast Farmhouse Sour Blend - January 2018
  • Aging for a year or so, blending with some fresh Saison, then hopefully packaging as 'Rye Saison'

  • Red Wine, French
  • Belgian Pale Ale, pitched with Gigayeast Lactobacillus, Yeast Bay Lochristi Brettanomyces Blend and Sunsweet Apricots - July 2018
  • Aging for 12 months or so

  • Belgian Dubbel Ale, pitched with Giga Yeast Sour Cherry Funk - May 2018
  • Aging for a year or so, then we'll see
