Raw Ale, produced with our friends from Beermoth in Manchester in November 2023. An unboiled wort made with Pilsner, Wheat and Oat malt, fermented in Oak Bordeaux barrels with Lithuanian farmhouse yeast and the Wilderness mixed culture. Lightly dry hopped with Motueka for a fresh zing.
