A raw ale brewed with our friends at Simple Things Fermentation. The unboiled second runnings from a heavier Scottish brew were fermented in wood with the Wilderness house saison strain, and left to rest. Crisp, clean, dry, light and fruity - bubblegum-banana plus a touch of tart citrus.

Pour carefully for a deep golden amber colour with a persistent white foam.
