At the end of July we had the pleasure hosting the Ross Cider and Yew Tree Inn team at the brewery, to make a cask ale for their upcoming festival

What's happened in the last couple of years? We've emerged from the pandemic with a bit more of a structured plan and a solid foundation for the future

We’d love to build a proper farmhouse brewery, work with farmers to grow our own cereals and hops and make, age and sell everything on site

We've now got our first beer moved across into our barrel store area in the brewery. 

In Mid Wales, or in our part at least, we have really nice soft water, but not really similar to any famous brewing towns. But that’s ok, we can work with it.
