A multipack of our collaborations with our friends from Balance ✿

• Clearest Blue 5.7% Bordeaux barrel aged farmhouse ale, brewed in Wales with a blend of pilsner, wheat and raw wheat, with additions of aged hops during a long boil. Fermented with Balance house culture, and aged for 18 months in barrel.

• Pink Light 5.5% Blend of two versions of the same turbid-mashed base beer, fermented in barrel with our respective house cultures. Two parts of Rioja barrel aged ale with second use Shropshire plums to one part from one of our favourite sour-producing Bordeaux barrels.
